1. Delivery

We provide free shipping service on product purchases. The provisions for free shipping if the location of the customer is around the Kupang area. The terms of this free shipping can change at any time according to company policy.

We conducting the shipping method by paying attention to the Cold Chain System to maintain the quality of our products. Starting from our Partners (for stock collection) then we store in refrigerated storage, as well as on the way of shipping, our delivery officer use Cool Boxes with refrigerated. This we strive to maintain product quality.

2. Return of Product

The buyer can return our product with following this circumstances:

  • The product is not feasible / has rotted at the time of handing over the product between the delivery officer and the buyer
  • The product received by the costumer does not match what was ordered
  • The return of product cause quality defects we provide tolerance for complaints 3 hours after the product is received by the consumer
  • Product damage caused by the buyer, it cannot be returned
